Diana Choi is a freelance illustrator and animation artist who graduated from the School of Visual Arts. Recently, she has expanded her practice to include painting and drawing. Her works translate emotions into visual language, playing with symbolic imagery, light, and shadow to create works that sometimes subtly or dramatically convey her inner world. For example, her unique perspective is her playful take on cats—infused with humor, irony, and even her own cat allergy—bringing her art to life in a way that is sure to brighten anyone’s day.
